Privacy
This site is run by Ryan Smyth (Veroxon, the company behind HEYVXRA) in Canada. I collect as little as I can, I don't sell your data, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Enquiry and order forms
When you send a form (AI ads, sponsorship or custom video), I store what you typed: your name, email, company or handle, website, budget, timeline and message, plus which page you sent it from. To stop spam, I also keep a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, which can't be turned back into the address. I use all of this only to reply to you and to run the project. Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database and sent to my inbox. I keep them for up to 2 years, or delete them sooner if you ask.
Email sign-up
If you sign up for the free lesson on the course page, your email address goes to my email provider, Kit (kit.com), which sends you four short emails about making POV videos and the course, then occasional new rides. Every email has an unsubscribe link. This site doesn't keep your address, only an anonymous count of sign-ups.
Visit statistics
To see which pages and buttons work, the site counts page views and clicks. Each count records only the page, the button, the referring website or campaign tag (for example "instagram"), the device type (phone, tablet or desktop) and the country. It includes no cookies, no IP address and no identifier for you or your device, so visits can't be linked to a person. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also provides privacy-first, cookie-free traffic statistics.
The course page is testing four sets of prices. It picks one at random and remembers it in your browser's local storage (a single letter, A to D), along with whether you've clicked a buy button, so the prices you see stay the same on every visit. This stays on your device; only anonymous counts per price set reach me. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Stripe or Gumroad, and I never see your card details. They share your name, email, country and what you bought with me so I can give you access and support. Stripe buyers' email addresses are also added to my email provider, Kit (kit.com), which sends your personal access link.
Emails
If you joined my email list, Kit stores your email address and the link you signed up from. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Other services I link to
Patreon, PayPal, Instagram and Higgsfield have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them. Some Higgsfield links are affiliate links. If you subscribe through them I may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete anything I hold about you, email vxra.business@gmail.com and I'll handle it within 30 days.
