Terms & refunds

These terms cover what you buy from Veroxon and its HEYVXRA brand. Veroxon is a business name used by Ryan Smyth in Canada; it is not incorporated. Questions? Email vxra.business@gmail.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

AI Video Tutorials & Prompt Packs (formerly the POV Prompt Pack)

What you get: what the option you buy lists on the sales page. The Prompt Pack is the original Prompt Pack PDF. The course is lifetime access to the course on veroxon.ca (video and written lessons) and its downloads, including lessons added later. Course + Vault adds the 61-prompt Creator Vault and new prompts each month by email, and Course + Review adds 2 video reviews by email. If you bought the earlier POV Prompt Pack or the course at $29, your access link opens the full course. Earlier Gumroad purchases of the Prompt Pack are PDF downloads.

Price: the price shown on the sales page and at checkout, in USD, charged once. The sales page is testing different prices, so two visitors may see different ones; the price you see is the price you pay, and it never changes after you've bought. Your bank or the checkout may show it in your local currency.

Halloween bonus: if you start checkout for the course (the course option, not the Prompt Pack) on veroxon.ca before 31 October 2026, 11:59 pm Pacific Time, the 61-prompt Creator Vault (PDF) is included. The monthly prompts that come with Course + Vault aren't part of the bonus. The deadline won't be extended.

Video review spots: Course + Review is limited to 10 buyers per calendar month so every review gets proper time. The sales page shows how many spots are left and closes the option when they're gone.

Delivery: instant, right after payment. Stripe buyers also get a personal access link by email.

Refunds: because it's a digital product you can use straight away, sales are final once you've received access, except where the law says otherwise. If the files don't open, your access link doesn't work, or you were charged twice, email me within 30 days and I'll fix it or refund you.

Use: the prompts are for your own videos. Please don't resell, share or republish the course or its downloads. AI tools such as Higgsfield are sold separately, and results depend on the tool and your idea. Nothing here promises views or income.

AI Video Skills for Claude Code

What you get: two Claude Code skills, autonomous-video-editor and motion-ad, as a download (skill folders, .skill files and install guides), as listed on the sales page. The free setup-check prompt is a separate free download and isn't part of the purchase.

Price: the price shown on the sales page and at checkout, in USD, charged once. The sales page is testing different prices, so two visitors may see different ones; the price you see is the price you pay, and it never changes after you've bought. The same skills are also sold on Gumroad (for PayPal) at the price shown there.

Delivery: instant, right after payment, on a download page with a personal link to download again later. Gumroad buyers download from Gumroad.

What it needs: a paid Claude plan with Claude Code, which you buy from Anthropic, plus the free tools in the install guide. The skills are built and tested on Windows 11; macOS and Linux haven't been tested yet.

Refunds: because it's a digital download you can use straight away, sales are final once you've received the files, except where the law says otherwise. If a file doesn't open, your download link doesn't work, or you were charged twice, email ryan@veroxon.ca within 30 days and I'll fix it or refund you.

Use: one buyer, unlimited videos, client work allowed. Please don't resell, share or republish the skills or their files. The full licence is in each skill's LICENSE.md. Nothing here promises views or income.

Custom POV videos

Ordering

Sending the request form is not a purchase. I reply within 48 hours to confirm the idea, suggest changes or decline it. You pay only after we've agreed the idea, the package and the price, through a secure Stripe payment link.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times run from payment: up to 7 days for Personal POV and 5–7 days for Creator & Business, unless we agree otherwise. Personal includes 1 revision and Creator & Business includes 2. A revision is a change within the agreed idea (timing, mood, a beat or two), not a new concept.

Refunds

If I can't deliver what we agreed, you get a full refund. Once a video has been delivered and the included revisions used, the order is complete and not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Content rules

I won't make videos that use a real person's face or likeness without their permission, copyrighted characters, franchises or trademarks, sexual, hateful or harassing content, or anything meant to mislead people into thinking it's real footage. By sending photos you confirm you have the right to use them.

Licence

Personal POV: you can post and share the video on your own accounts, not in ads or for a business. Creator & Business: you can also use it on your own business or creator channels, including as a paid ad. I may show either in my portfolio unless you ask me not to when you order.

Brand work: AI ads and sponsored Reels

Packages and rates on /studio and /brands are starting points. Each project is confirmed in a written quote or agreement, which takes priority over this page. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

• Payment: 50% to book and 50% on delivery (sponsored Reels: on the results report), by Stripe invoice. The Pilot Spot is paid upfront. Prices are in USD plus any applicable taxes.
• Approvals: production starts after you approve the concept. Included revision rounds are listed with each package; extra rounds are quoted.
• Cancellation: cancel before production starts and the deposit is refunded minus any concept work already delivered. After production starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Licence (AI ads): on full payment you get a worldwide licence to use the delivered videos in organic and paid media, with no time limit. Copyright rules for AI-generated footage are still developing and vary by country, and the licence covers every right I'm able to grant.
• Sponsored Reels: posted on @heyvxra on the agreed date with Instagram's Paid partnership label. View counts depend on the platform, so they're not guaranteed. Paid usage of the Reel is limited to the period in the agreement.

Tips and memberships

Tips through PayPal are voluntary gifts and don't buy a product or service. Prompt Club memberships are run on Patreon under Patreon's own terms, and you can cancel any time there.
